Teach!

Tonight someone very close to me said something that touched my heart. She said, "We are teachers, when you believe something, teach it.."

It was more like a command than advice and although it was directed at me on a personal level I feel it has a certain amount of relevance for everyone. As Christians we hold beliefs about the creation of the universe, about God, about the purpose of life, about truth, about everything... We believe these things. What else is there for us to do but teach them?

Lord Jesus, I pray that I never miss an opportunity to witness to others. Let me share your love and glory with people that I might teach them to follow you. I believe and I will teach.
